The tempeh family
We are a tempeh family of three doing what we can to bring clean, delicious, plant-based food to our community.
Mikel has a Masters degree in Social Work from UH Mānoa and works part-time as a mental health case manager.
Larysa has her Masters in Business Administration from Babson College and keeps busy with several business ventures, including event curation and a natural wine business.
Together we are pursuing masters in the art of tempeh manufacturing and are doing our best to bring Tru Tempeh beyond our island community.
